- Server-Logs: Anonymisierung nach 7 Tagen, vollständige Löschung nach 30 Tagen

- Faktury i dokumenty podatkowe: usunięcie po 10 latach (§147 AO/GoBD [DE]; PL: art. 74 ur. = 5 lat — stosowana dłuższa z terminów)
- Logi serwera: anonimizacja po 7 dniach, całkowite usunięcie po 30 dniach
- Korespondencja e-mail związana z umową (pisma handlowe): 6 lat po zakończeniu relacji biznesowej (§257 HGB / §147 AO [DE]; art. 118 KC [PL])
4. Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations:
- Initial consultation requests without follow-up engagement: deletion after 6 months
- Client data from consulting projects: deletion after 6 years (civil limitation period Art. 118 Civil Code [PL]; statutory retention Art. 74 Polish Accounting Act [PL]; where applicable §147 AO [DE])
- Invoices and tax-relevant documents: deletion after 10 years (§147 AO / GoBD [DE]; Polish law: Art. 74 Accounting Act = 5 years — longer period applied)
- Server logs: anonymisation after 7 days, complete deletion after 30 days
- Contract-relevant email correspondence (commercial letters): 6 years after termination of the business relationship (§257 HGB / §147 AO [DE]; Art. 118 Civil Code [PL])
